Cast Member Audition Information
The Great Lakes Medieval Faire is looking for actors of all experience levels and types to portray the Villagers of Avaloch, plus Nobility and other characters from 13th Century England. Come be part of our cast!
Dates, Times and Locations:
Note! These times and locations are subject to change, so please check the website before heading out!
Saturday March 15 and Sunday March 16, 2008; 10am - 3pm
Saturday March 29 and Sunday March 30, 2008; 10am - 3pm
All auditions will be held in the Festival Office on the Faire site; check the Directions page for details on how to find the faire. The Festival Office is the first building you'll come to, before the main gates, and is clearly marked.

Requirements:
a one (1) minute monologue (either contemporary or period) that best shows your talent
if you have an acting resumé and/or a head shot (or even a recent photograph), please bring them
if you play a time-period appropriate instrument (eg, recorder or guitar), bring it along
if you have a special skill (singing, dance, juggling, etc.), come prepared to share it
Notes:
if you are under 16, you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian
All cast will be required to make all Saturday and Sunday rehearsals starting May 10th, from 10am-4pm (with a 30-minute break for lunch)
You must be available for all Faire Days this season: July 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27; August 2, 3, 9, 10, 2008
